Rich messages are available only for customers with Punchh integration enabled.
Rich messages are messages that incorporate multimedia elements beyond plain text to enhance user engagement and communication.
This new feature will allow you to send personalized messages to a specific segment of users. Also, it will improve user experience through visually appealing and interactive elements, which can increase user engagement, satisfaction, and drive business revenue.
Use Rich Messaging to amaze your guests with vibrant colors, images, and videos, and call to action links for notification messages sent to the user's Inbox section of their mobile app.
How to use it?
Rich messaging can be added to most of the Punchh campaigns, as long as they have a messaging component to them. While creating a new campaign, you can configure your rich message by toggling a switch at the bottom of your messaging section on the Punchh dashboard.
- Navigate to Campaign >Campaigns in your left toolbar and create a new campaign that utilizes messaging.
- At the end of the messaging section in Step 2 - Whom, click the Configure Rich Message toggle to the "on" position. Your rich messaging fields will expand below.
Please note that the Deeplink Tag feature from Punchh is not supported in our Apps.

Call-to-action elements
This feature allows you to create visually engaging messages with call-to-action elements. With Rich messages, you can provide your customers with access to discounts, new stores, new dishes, and more.
These call-to-action elements allow your customers to take immediate action on your message, making it easier for them to engage with your brand.
In those call-to-action elements you can use the PAR Ordering deeplinks. To know more about Deeplinks, please, visit the following article from our Help Center at https://support.menu.app/hc/en-us/sections/10894034052764-Supported-Deeplinks.
