Context
Product performance dashboard is a reporting functionality that provides insights into performance of products in your menu.
What does it show?
It shows sales statistics per product or product subcategory for Brand and Store levels.
How does it work?
Data refresh
The data updates daily at 11:00 AM UTC.
Filters
- Stores
Store filter allows you to see data for one particular Store or multiple Stores. - Timeframe
The Timeframe filter allows you to define the time frame for which you want to see the data - it is based on the order’s created at time (place order time).
By default this is set to Last 7 days.
A user can select predefined options, as per below, or set a custom date range.
- Comparison
The comparison allows you to select the period you want to compare your current data with. By default this is set to 'Previous period'. You can either select a predefined option or provide a custom range:
Views
Subcategory sales
This overview shows the overall subcategory sales performance of all products within the subcategory of the menu, per day. On hover you see more details per subcategory of the total sales and trend vs the same day in the previous period.
You can further filter the day down to focus on specific subcategories and/or sales performance per Ordering channel (Mobile app, Web App, Kiosk, Ordering APIs and 3rd party ordering channels like Doordash, Uber Eats and Grub Hub).
Product sales ranking
This overview allows brands to view their top selling products. The view shows the product name and image, this weeks ranking position based on sales vs last weeks ranking position.
Total number of items sold, total sales from those items, along with sales performance delta from this week vs last week as a percentage.
The view can be filtered to show the sales performance of a product for different ordering channels and order types.
Download Data
A user can download the raw data behind the KPIs on charts and graphs based on the filters defined. The data is download in a CSV format.
A user can also select on a data point a select to see the raw data via a pop out. The user can also edit the downloadable data via selecting additional data points they wish to show.
