Modifier Groups assigned to Items are presented to the customer for selection when ordering the Item. Depending on the configuration of the Modifier Group, the customer can choose one or more Modifiers from the Modifier Group, or will even be forced to make a selection (if the Modifier Group's minimum value is higher than 1).
Assigned Modifier Groups for an Item are managed on the Item page:
- Click Menu in the left navigation bar, then on Overview
- Overview page appears
- Click on the Subcategory that the Item is in and select the Item
To add a Modifier Group to an Item:
- Click Attach Modifier Group in Edit item section
- A modal is shown with all the available Modifier Groups
- Select the Modifier Groups that you would like to add to the Item. Already added Modifier Groups will be shown as activated in the modal
- Click Save to confirm your selection
To rearrange Modifier Groups within an Item:
- Hover over the gray box of a Modifier Group
- The dots on the left side indicate that you can do the drag-and-drop
- Drag-and-drop the Modifier Group to sort it according to your preference in the Modifiers section
- Click Save to save your changes for the Item
To remove a Modifier Group from an Item:
- Click on the trash bin icon next to the gray box of a Modifier Group
- Click Save to save your changes for the Item
