If you run out of Modifier and if it is no longer available, you can disable it through the CMS. Disabled Modifiers can also be re-enabled. The availability of Modifier is always controlled per Venue, even if the Venue belongs to Chain.
NOTE: If you have a POS integration and enable/disable Modifier in the POS, it will automatically be enabled/disabled in MENU within 30 minutes.
To enable/disable Modifier:
- Click Venue List at the top navigation bar
- Select Venue
- Click Modifiers at the top navigation bar
- Locate existing Modifier
- Click on the three dots
- Click DISABLE (if the Modifier is currently enabled) or ENABLE (if the Modifier is currently disabled)
NOTE: Disabled Modifiers are not displayed on Channels, but are marked as Disabled in the CMS.

Temporarily disabled Modifier cannot be selected during this period of time. After this time expires, disabled Modifiers will be automatically enabled again.
