A Menu holds all of your Items (with Categories & Subcategories) that your customers can order. A "Default" Menu is automatically created for you in your new Chain or Single Venue.
Usually you will never need to create an additional Menu, since everything can be managed within the Menu that has already been created for you. Since certain features are not supported with multiple Menus, please reach out to your Account Manager or open a ticket through one of our contact forms.
