In the CMS, on a Brand level, you can configure the percentage of Orders after which the Customers are asked for a Feedback. That percentage is applied per restaurant Venue (e.g. If the percentage is set to 10% on a Brand level, that means that a request for Feedback will be sent after every tenth Order made in one restaurant).
NOTE: If Feedback function is enabled, every Customer is asked for a Feedback after their first Order.
To set Order Feedback Frequency:
- Select Brand
- Click Feedback at the top navigation bar
- Feedback page appears
- Click Settings tab
- In Order Feedback Frequency field, select percentage from a drop-down menu (5% - 100%)
- Click SUBMIT to complete the action
You've successfully set Order Feedback Frequency.
