Incidents

The MENU Statuspage will inform you about every major incident that may affect the performance of your ecosystem environment. The environment is divided into components. If only one component is affected, your system may perform normally, with a reduced performance to that component. 

We will regularly post updates about open incidents on our Statuspage. Please subscribe to our Statuspage to never miss any update about incidents.

Scheduled System Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance are system downtimes that usually take longer than 10 minutes. There will be an in advance written notice of a specified time according to your SLA.
