A loyalty program consists of loyalty point earning rules. These rules specify how customers earn loyalty points. These rules can range from the simple (e.g. earn 10 points per $1 spent) to complex rules (e.g. earn 20 points per $1 spent on Fridays from 3-6 PM on sandwiches).
In order to create earning rules, the brand you are configuring rules for must already have a loyalty program configured and you must have manage permissions for Earning Rules.

- Navigate to the brand’s All Stores navigation level
- Select Earning Rules from the Loyalty sub-navigation
Creating New Rules
- Select the Current tab
- Click on Add Rule

Managing Current Rules
- Select the Current list
- Hover over the rule to view its description
- Filter rules by selecting from the All Statuses or Date Range filters
Status: Filter rules by Enabled and Disabled status.
Date Range: Filter rules based on when they were scheduled to apply.
- Edit, duplicate, archive, disable, enable, and delete individual rules by first selecting “...” and then selecting the associated option, and then confirming the action
- Select multiple rules by clicking on the checkboxes to the left of each rule
You can bulk archive, delete, disable, and enable by choosing the associated option, and then confirming the action.
Managing Archived Rules
- Select the Archive list
- Move to Current list or delete individual rules by first selecting “...” and then selecting the associated option, and then confirming the action
- Select multiple rules by clicking on the checkboxes to the left of each rule
You can bulk move rules to the Current list or delete by choosing the associated option, and then confirming the action.
