Loyalty Rewards can be set and used in the Loyalty Program. Loyalty Rewards are purchased with Loyalty Points. This means that, when added to the Loyalty Program, a Reward has an assigned Point value that defines how much it "costs" (e.g. If a Customer uses a Reward, it represents a number of Points that is deducted from Customer’s account). Loyalty Rewards along with all the Loyalty features are set on a Brand level.

- Navigate to the brand’s All Stores navigation level
- Select Rewards from the Loyalty sub-navigation
- Edit or delete a reward by selecting the “...” and choosing the relevant option
How to add a Reward
Fill in the following form fields:
- Name: the custom name of a Reward that a Customer can purchase by using accrued Points (e.g. Choco
- Description: Description of Reward (optional)
- Image: Image of Reward (For more information on image requirements, please check out Image Requirements article)
- Reward Cost: Price of Reward expressed in Points (e.g. Choco Bowl Item is “worth” 95 points)
- Redemption Channels: Select Channels in which a Reward can be redeemed
- Tags: Tags that should be associated with the reward
- Visible Tag: Tag that will appear on top of the reward’s image
- Reduction Type: Type of price reduction offered as a Discount (e.g. Set Price, Amount Off and Percentage); Needs to be set if Mobile, Kiosk or POS integrated is enabled.
Loyalty Reward is displayed in the Mobile and Web apps, but it is not accessible if the Customer doesn't have enough Points to redeem it.
NOTE: Depending on Redemption Channel and Reduction Type you selected, you can see different options in Add Loyalty section.
If you select Set Price
Set Price option indicates that a Loyalty Reward has a fixed price. A combination of reduction objects (Discounted Objects) selected by the Customer is sold through the Loyalty Reward at a defined Set Price.
Set Price for Items
For Items, the Set Price in a Loyalty Program overrides the Standard Price of an Item. Also, if a Customer selects a Modifier with a price, that price is added on top of a Set Price (e.g. For a Coupon "Shrimp Bowl for $15.00", with a Modifier, Extra Shrimps - $5.50, a total price of the configured Coupon is $20.50).
Set Price for Combos
For Combo Meals, Set Price overrides the lowest price of a Combo Meal. The lowest price is calculated by combining the Combo Items with the lowest price from each Combo Side Item group. A Combo Item that costs more than the lowest-priced Combo Item in their Side Item group is calculated on top of the Coupon's set price (e.g. Coupon for Kauwela Experience Combo Meal = Shrimp Bowl $21.80 + Caribbean Green smoothie $0.00 + Tuna Tartare $1.80, total price for that Coupon is $23.60).
If you select Amount Off
Amount off option indicates that the reduction amount of the discount on the price is fixed. This feature can be applied to a full Order or to specific items and combos.
- Set Amount: Enter a set reduction amount in this field
- Applies to: Select Order or Specific Items and Combos
- If you select it to apply to the Order, then click SUBMIT to complete the process
- If you select specific Items and Combos, then please refer to the Discounted Objects section
Redemption of Amount off discount on POS, Kiosk or Mobile Order works the same as other Discounts with a few exceptions.
Mobile App:
- Amount off Discount will not appear as an Item in cart
- It appears with the description e.g. $5.00 of your Order
- Customer needs to add Items to the cart to continue to summary
- On summary Amount off Discount will be displayed as Discount line in Subtotal with his value
- Receipt is displayed only as Discount line in Subtotal
If you select Percentage
Reduction amount is calculated either as a percentage of a total order or of specific Items and Combos.
- Percentage: Enter percentage number calculated as a reduction amount
- Reduction Object: Select either order or specific Items and Combos
- If you select it to apply to the Order, then click SUBMIT to complete the process

Discounted Objects
Discounted Object is a Loyalty Reward in the form of a price reduction applied to specific objects (Item Group/Combo Group) selected within Chains and Venues that are assigned to this Loyalty Program.
Discounted Objects include Item Groups and Combo Groups. Customer can add multiple Item/Combo Groups, but can select only one Item/Combo in that group.
Item Group
Item Group is a container in which you can group Items on Discount.
To add an Item Group:
- Click ADD ITEM GROUP
- New Add Item Group modal pops up
- Enter name (e.g. Hawaii Special)
- Click SUBMIT
You've successfully created Item Group
Now you can add Items you want to include in the Loyalty Program.
To add an Item:
- Click ADD ITEM
- New modal pops up with the list of all Items included in your Brand
NOTE: You can select only one Item. If there are multiple Chains assigned to the Brand, you need to select one Item in EACH Chain. For Single Venues, you can select one Item only!
- Select Item
NOTE: If an Item has multiple Price Levels, you need to select Price Level, as well.
- Click SUBMIT to complete the action
- Item is now in the Item Group
Combo Group
Combo Group is a container in which you can group Combo Meals on Discount.
To add Combo Group:
- Click ADD COMBO GROUP
- New modal pops up with Group name field
- Enter name (e.g. Hawaii Special Combo Group)
- Click SUBMIT
You've successfully created Combo Group.
Now you can add Combo Group you want to include in Loyalty Program.
To add Combo Meal:
- Click ADD COMBO
- New modal pops up with the list of all Combo main Items included in your Brand
NOTE: You can select only one main Combo Item. If there are multiple Chains assigned to the Brand, you need to select one Combo main Item in EACH Chain. For Single Venues, you can select one Item only!
- Select main Combo Item
- Click SUBMIT to complete the action
- Main Combo Item from Combo Group is now in the Combo Group container
- Click SUBMIT to complete the action
