Dine-In FS (Full Service) Order Type

Dine-In Order Type allows customers to place their orders from the table at the Store by using the Mobile App. Dine-In Order Type needs to be configured in the MC in order to be available to the customers.

This workflow is a step-by-step instruction on how to set up a Dine-In Full Service order for Stores with the POS integration.  

First step is to enable the Dine-In Order Type in the MC.

To do so: 

• Ensure Dine-In (FS) is enabled on Brand Level
• Click on Store at the top navigation bar
• Select Order Types from configurations
• Enable Dine-In (FS) on Store level

Please note: Areas are no longer required to be created. They will be created automatically.

Now that the Order Type has been enabled you need to configure tips.

Now it's time for tables configuration. Click on Tables option and Add Tables:

New modal appears:

You can add individual or multiple tables at once:

INDIVIDUAL:

• For Individual tables Enter table number (e.g. 5)
  Please note: When entering table numbers, ensure that it doesn't start with 0. For example, if your table number is ‘001’, then please enter '1' so that our mobile apps read it correctly
• Select the corresponding POS ID from the drop down (e.g. #5(5))
  

MULTIPLE:

• For multiple tables Enter a table range (e.g. 5 – 20)
  Please note: When entering table numbers, ensure that it doesn't start with 0. For example, if your table number is ‘001’, then please enter '1' so that our mobile apps read it correctly
  
• Select the corresponding POS ID from the drop down (e.g. #5(5))
  
  

Once tables have been added, you need to ensure you enable the table number by selecting the switcher (toggle the flag). You can also modify the tables you have previously made by clicking on Manage next to the Dine-In FS Order Type:

You may edit or delete the table of your choice:

Upon edition, it's possible to modify table and POS ID numbers:

Remember to save your changes!
