Where can I find my Mobile version?
-
Account Deletion: As required by new Apple guidelines, users can now self-delete their account from the Settings screen in the Profile tab of the app

Confirmation for mismatching custom addresses: To ensure correct pin locations for users specifying a custom delivery address, the user is now asked to confirm in case the pin location is more than 200 meters away from the geo-coordinates provided by Google Maps for the entered custom address
-
If a user tries to cancel a pre-order that has already been manually sent to the POS / Printer from the Tablet, an error dialog will be shown, letting the user know that the order can no longer be canceled and they should call the restaurant directly
-
An issue on iOS where no currency was being sent to Facebook for add_to_cart events has been resolved
Web
-
Home Page Redesign and Direct Linking: In order to have the simplest flow for users, the Web App hosts an order type selection for users on the Home page. On selection, the user will be directed to:
-
Dine-in Pickup: The user is guided to the dine-in store finder to choose a Restaurant
-
Table Service: The user is guided to the table service store finder to choose a Restaurant
-
Takeout: The user is guided to the store finder to choose a Restaurant
-
Delivery: The user is asked for a delivery address, based on which appropriate delivering restaurant will be selected for the user
-
Foodspot: The user can enter a Foodspot code to be able to order from the appropriate Restaurant
-
-
Store Finder Redesign, Direct Linking: To ensure you can link users directly to a specific order type, store finders are now separated per order type. When the store finder page is loaded, the user is asked to give location permissions in order to see nearby stores. If location permission is disabled, the user is offered a brand list of locations. Users can choose to use the current address or type the address in the search field. Users can browse through the directory in the list or on a map.
-
On desktop hover over the list of restaurants will show a pin in the center of the map.
-
On mobile focus on map and pin with appropriate restaurant card. Users can scroll through restaurant cards and the pin for the restaurant will be positioned in the center of the screen.
-
-
Previous delivery addresses are shown under input for delivery addresses. This way, users can faster navigate through delivery flow and reuse previous addresses for delivery, as this is the most used case for repeated users.
-
Users can select a Store from which delivery should be made. This way, users have control over which restaurant they prefer to get the order from if more stores deliver to the user delivery address.
POS
- To simplify the troubleshooting for TCPOS integration, a logfile is generated for every order and manual sync from the CMS
-
rPOS has extended the Order Injections API to provide more detailed reporting. We have now added MENU provider string for each order.
- Since we have some requests from POS systems where the store would like to check the user account balance by using Loyalty at POS, we have added the Customer Info Endpoint to the Loyalty API
Dispatch
-

-
Dynamic Link Generator [MVP]: This feature will enable restaurants to use QR codes to direct users to a specific place or flow within their ordering application, to facilitate the ordering process (reduce the number of steps needed to successfully complete an order). The most common use case we have seen so far is for QR codes that take the user straight to the respective store’s menu, potentially with the table number already pre-filled for Table Service. Deeplinking feature on Web App will be required to enable the full use of this feature.

Introduced a separate page for leaving neutral feedback: Until now, when a user rates his order with neutral emoji he was redirected to the same page where he can describe his experience as if he had chosen the happy emoji. In this release, we have introduced a separate page for leaving neutral feedback.
