Feature Overview
Brands want to encourage organic growth in their client base via word of mouth. A referral is a cost effective way to incentivize this activity. Brands are able to define what referrer (the user sharing the referral code) and referee (the user using the referral code) receives as compensation (in the form of a promotion and/or loyalty points) as part of the program.
A complete referral is defined as when a referee places their first order.
