It may be that your venue is not visible in the Store Finder in the Web or Mobile Apps.
Here's a few reasons why, and how to investigate and/or prevent this from happening:
- First, if no order type is active or no area for the order type is created
- The Show In Store Finder functionality is disabled in the Venue's settings. If this is the case, you'd need to ask Onboarding team to enable this for you:
Here's a most likely reason: your venue doesn't have location coordinates configured in its Settings. If there are no location coordinates configured, our apps do not know where this store is located and can't place it in Store Finder. To change this, simply provide location coordinates yourself or ask your 1st Level Support Agent for help
