Context

Smart Banner is the funcionality that helps take mobile Users from our Web App to the Mobile App instead.

Why is it useful?

As a Brand owner, you can benefit from it, because:

• Mobile App reminds Users that are using their Web App on their smart mobile devices they can register in the app (because Mobile App has a permanent screen space with a reminder about it). This could increase the number of registered Users for your business

• Mobile App is 'closer' to the User than Web App because of push notifications, Order trip tracking, etc. It's also physically easy accessible, a touch of the mobile screen. These elements make the Users' experience even nicer, more immediate and seamless

How does it look like?

How does it work?

In short:

• When it’s triggered, the Smart Banner appears 1 second after a page is loaded by sliding in from the bottom of the screen

• When Smart Banner is dismissed, it slides out from the top to the bottom of the screen

To get more detailed:

• Smart Banner is only shown when our Web App is used on a mobile device

• It works only if your Brand has both Mobile and Web App

• Smart Banner can be shown on any page of the Web App, but it aims to show up as soon as the Customer opens the Web App on the mobile device

• It will be shown above all the current content that is shown on the page

• The banner is made of:

  • Layer overlay

  • Brand logo image

  • Title and description

  • Primary and secondary button
