How to sign in to the MENU Knowledge Base?

If you are a new user and you need to sign in to our Knowledge Base, follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Navigate to https://support.menu.app/hc/en-us 
2. Click the Sign in button in the top-right corner of the page.
3. A pop-up window appears, click on the Sign up button
4. Fill out your full name and email address, then click on Sign up.
5. Check your mailbox for a welcome email and confirm your email address image . Follow the instructions to complete the registration process by clicking on the link to create a new password.
6. Go back to the Knowledge Base page and Sign in with your credentials
7. You can now navigate and explore our different articles or raise a ticket to our Support team

If you have completed your registration but you have forgotten your password, do as following:

1. Click the Sign in button in the top-right corner of the page
2. A pop-up window appears, click on the Forgot my password button
3. Check your mailbox for a MENU support email and follow the instructions to reset the password.
4. Go back to the Knowledge Base page and Sign in with your credentials.
