Intro
Here's how to assign Orders to Drivers or DSP, in detail.
How do I do it?
-
The Store Manager can assign the Order to a Driver or a DSP by clicking on the arrow button. This will display the Drivers/DSPs that are currently available; it is also possible to assign Orders to a Route instead of a Driver. This would make several Orders grouped together, and they would be assigned to a Driver later once they arrive
-
It is possible to assign an Order to a Driver that is currently en-route, adding the Order to the existing or new Route
-
Once the Store Manager clicks an Order on the tab - the Order and the associated entities are also highlighted on the map
-
The Store Manager is able to create a Route Draft for the cases when the Orders will be delivered on the same Route, but the Driver is not defined yet
Now, this is what happens in the Deliveries Mode:
-
Drivers Panel is displayed on the right side of the screen and can be hidden to view a larger map
-
Drivers Panel has two tabs, displaying the Drivers that are en-route or free
-
For every Driver the following details are displayed:
-
Driver name
-
Vehicle type
-
Current route and progress for this route
-
Phone number (clickable icon)
-
Location icon
-
-
Once the Store Manager clicks a Driver on the tab - the Driver and the associated entities are also highlighted on the map
