• Bug fix for an issue with saving long URLs for a Dynamic link - DB limit for Dynamic Link URL field was so far 255 characters. That was not enough for more complex URLs and with this fix it was extended to 2000 characters

Menu

• Combo Main Group Enhancement: Combo Main Group Name is updated with Combo Name, to be shown in POS Mapping and External Channels (Aggregators) accordingly

• Performance Improvement for Brand Menu Management: The speed of saving changes in the Brand Menu is improved to allow users to seamlessly manage the menu. Applied to saving Categories, Subcategories and Items, Modifier Groups and Modifiers and Combos, Combo Groups and Combo Items

• Menu Availability Enhancement: Tablet is now fully recognized by the system as Tablet Application, and responses are specific to the tablet. This fixes rare errors when Menu Availability can’t be loaded

• Menu Web Sockets: The introduction of Web Sockets for Propagations further improves the speed and functionality of saving menu changes

• Enhanced Combo POS Search: Combos POS Mapping search field will search through combo names to help users find the correct combo quickly

• Menu Updates Enhancement: MC Users with Brand Menu Privileges can save prices to All Stores or Selected Stores without changing the price

• Price Groups UX Enhancement: Price Groups don’t show External Channels if the Brand doesn’t have any assigned

• Tips for all order types: Allow your customers to leave a tip as a % of the total order value on all order types on your branded mobile and web apps including Dine-in (Quick & Table Service), Takeout (on-site or Curbside), Delivery and Foodspot. This financial reward can go a long way to keeping staff happy and motivated

• Tips on kiosk: Now, as well as the mobile and web apps, customers can also leave a a tip as a % of the total order value on the kiosk

• Auto retry in case of an error - So far if KIOSK was out of order due to some technical problem user was forced to manually click on ‘Try Again’ button on the Error screen to check if the issue was resolved in the meantime. With this improvement manual action is not needed anymore since the KIOSK is checking that automatically every 60s

• Added the button to clear the printer memory to Service Menu - Service Menu (available only on KIOSKs that are doing fiscalization) got a new option that enables on demand clear of printer’s fiscal memory module
