Your app comes with the Facebook SDK integrated that allows you to track the conversion of your Facebook Ads.
If you do not yet have access to your Facebook application, send your Facebook username & user ID to your Account Manager or open a ticket through one of our contact forms. We will invite you as an Administrator to your Facebook application.
Once you receive the confirmation that you have been invited to the app, visit Facebook for Developers - Requests to accept the invite.
Once you have accepted the invite, you need to add the Facebook application to your Business Manager account on which you are also running your Ad Campaigns.
To add the Facebook app to your Business Manager account:
- Visit Facebook for Developers - Apps and make a note of your App ID. You will need it in a moment.
- Visit Facebook Business and click on Business Settings
- Navigate to Apps
- Click on Add -> Connect an App ID and enter your App ID
- Click on Add App. Since you are an Administrator of the app, your request should be automatically approved.
You'll see your app's events coming in in the Events Manager.
