Description and guidelines
MENU provides a full description of the task that can be double-checked if there is anything unclear. If the guidelines are required, they will be linked or attached to the specific task.
When starting the project, MENU needs to know which person is responsible for which task. Tasks are always assigned to a specific person which will coordinate with their team to complete the task. As soon as you have access to the project plan, you can filter it by using the filter only show unassigned. This will give you a quick overview of your tasks.
Filter project plan
To get a quick overview of the Project Plan, you can filter the Tasks and save this filter to your profile. Please keep in mind that filter settings will still be active after logging out of Freedcamp.
Attach file and comment on task
Every task has its own comment field, where you can inform us about current status of the task and, of course, if there is any issue or delay you would like to mention. This comment feature is used for direct communication between MENU and your team or other third parties involved in the project.
