What is it?

Dotdigital is a CRM and marketing automation platform. It's one of the integrations, available to be included in the PAR Ordering Ecosystem.

What does it do?

The integration is server-to-server based, so on that level, it sends the following data:

Contact data

This is the type of data that is sent upon registration and account preferences update:

• Name

• Date of registration

• Birthday

Preference data

Also sent upon registration and account preferences update:

• Consent for Email

• Consent for SMS

Insight Data

And this is the information sent upon Order creation (Order data):

• Subtotal

• Total

• Date

• Order type

• Store

• Number of loyalty points

• Products purchased

• Modifiers added

• Discount added

How do I enable it?

On a Brand level in CMS, go to Customer Data Platforms and click on Add Platform. Fill in the required fields and hit Submit. There you have it!
