SICOM POS Integration Requirements

Context

This short article contains the information about the requirements that have to be met to integrate SICOM POS with PAR Ordering Ecosystem and steps to connect it with our CMS and Management Center.

Requirements and Supported Versions

• The POS Version must be higher than 6.40.3+. Any Encounter POS version 6.40.3+ that is utilizing XML panels and is portalized will be compatible
• OMNI Interface must be configured on the POS

Steps to connect the POS

1. You or the POS Reseller need to reach out to Xenial to enable the POS's Online Order Module
2. Xenial has to provide the following information:
   • Reference ID
   • Store ID
   • Brand Name
3. When you pass these details to us, we will add all the information into the CMS/MC Integration Settings to successfully connect and complete the POS Integration
