Context
It can happen that you Store gets 'paused' by the Aggregator, for example DoorDash. This usually happens if there are too many failed Orders (failing consecutively).
Where can I see my Store status?
You can check it in the Aggregator platform. These platforms are usually referred to as Merchant Portals.
How can I activate my Store again?
You can activate ('unpause') your Store directly in the Aggregator.
Please note: Aggregators are integrated with PAR Ordering Ecosystem, but they're still a 3rd party. That's why we don't have control over pausing and unpausing your Store there. It will be in your power to make changes in the Aggregator's environment.
