SOCi Integration for PAR Ordering
Keep your business details consistent across platforms with the new SOCi integration for PAR Ordering. This integration allows you to automatically sync your store-level information (like hours, address, and phone number) from PAR Ordering to SOCi, ensuring your listings on platforms such as Google, Facebook, etc. always stay up to date.
Overview
The SOCi integration makes it easy for multi-location brands to manage their business details in one place. Once enabled, PAR Ordering acts as the source of truth for key store-level data, and SOCi automatically pushes updates to all connected listings.

Data Synced with SOCi
The following fields are supported in the initial release of this integration:

Setup Instructions
Step 1: Enable the Integration
Log in to Manager Console (MC).
Navigate to Brand Settings → Integrations.
Locate SOCi Integration and toggle it ON.
Step 2: Enter SOCi Credentials
In the SOCi integration panel, enter your API credentials or Merchant ID (provided by SOCi).
Click Save to establish the connection.
Step 3: Map Your Locations
Once connected, you’ll see a list of your stores in PAR Ordering and locations in SOCi.
Map each PAR Ordering store to the corresponding SOCi location.
Click Confirm Mapping to save your changes.
Step 4: Sync Data
Once mapping is complete, your existing location data (hours, address, phone, and website) will sync to SOCi automatically.
From that point forward, any changes made in PAR Ordering will automatically update SOCi and your external listings.
Important Notes
If you manage hours at the brand level in PAR Ordering, those settings will still apply to all stores and be synced to SOCi.
SOCi may take a few minutes to propagate changes to external platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.).
Only fields listed above are supported in the initial release; additional fields may be added in future versions.

Q: What if I don't use SOCi with my business?
A: You will not be able to take advantage of this if you are not already using SOCi
Q: What happens if I edit hours directly in SOCi?
A: PAR Ordering is the source of truth, updates made in SOCi may be overwritten by data from PAR Ordering during the next sync.
Q: How often does the data sync?
A: Sync occurs near real time whenever changes are saved in PAR Ordering.
Q: Can I disable the integration later?
A: Yes. You can toggle the integration off in MC → Brand Settings → Integrations at any time.
