Adding Product Groups to a Product: Step-by-Step Guide

‘Contains product groups’ tab, this is where you are adding product groups to products.

Add a modifier product group to the product

Add a size product group to a product.

Add a combo product group to a product.

• Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand Manager credentials.
• Navigate to the Products page under Menu in the MC.
• Select the product where you want to add a product group.
• Select ‘Contains product groups’ tab.
• All product groups are shown on the left sidebar.
• From here you can connect the product groups to the product.
  • Product groups can be searched for by product groups name or internal name.
  • Product groups can be filtered by type: Modifier, Size, or Combo
  • The ‘Add' button will appear on the card on hover.
  • The cards are draggable. You can only drag and drop from left sidebar to designated area.
  • Card added from left sidebar will disappear from the list.
• Added product groups go to the last place in the list if added via the add button.
• Adding product groups by dragging can be dragged into the desired position. Moving all other product groups down.
• Added product groups can be rearranged by drag and dropping or by entering the number in input field.
  • Note that the way you arrange (order) products in the Management Center will be the same in your apps.
• Product groups can also be added by directly typing the product groups name within the builder area.
• Hovering over the card reveals a remove button and a three-dot menu with an edit option. You can also enter edit mode by clicking the product group name
• Once you’ve selected the product groups, click on the ‘Save’ button to add the product groups to the product.
