Adding Upsell to a Product: Step by Step Guide
- Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand Manager credentials.
- Navigate to the Products page under Menu in the MC.
- Select the product where you want to add upsell products.
- Within the product details, find the ‘Upsell’ tab.
- Only products that are in categories attached to a menu that include the product on which we are upselling from are shown on the left sidebar.
- If there are no products or a product is no visible, this is due to the missing product to category and/or category to menu connection.
- From here you can connect the upsell product to product you are upselling from.
- Products can be searched for by product name or internal name.
- The ‘Add' button will appear on the card on hover.
- The cards are draggable. You can only drag and drop from left sidebar to designated area.
- Card added from left sidebar will disappear from the list.
- Added product goes to the last place in the list if added via the add button.
- Adding product by dragging can be dragged into the desired position. Moving all other products down.
- Added products can be rearranged by drag and dropping or by entering the number in input field.
- Note that the way you arrange (order) products in the back office will be the same in your apps.
- After adding products, the upsell title becomes available. By default we will have “Make it a combo?”
- Once you’ve selected the products, click on the ‘Save’.
