How do I remove a product group from a product?
- Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand Manager credentials.
- Navigate to the Products page under Menu in the MC.
- Select a product from which you want to remove a product group.
- Select “Contains product groups” tab.
- Find the product group you want to remove.
- On hover, a X button will appear
- Click to remove the product group.
- Alternatively you can remove by dragging the product group out of the builder into the list on the left hand side. All other product groups will automatically move up.
How do I change the order of product groups in my product?

- Select the product where you want to reorder product groups.
- Select ‘Contains product groups’ tab.
- Find the product group you want to reorder.
- Change the number of the product group to the number position you wish the product group to show on your product. This will subsequently update the number of the impacted product groups moving them up or down in order.

How do I see the nested product groups and products within a product?
- Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand Manager credentials.
- Navigate to the Product page under Menu in the MC.
- Select the product where you want to see nesting.
- Select ‘Contains product groups’ tab.
- Product groups with nesting of products will have a > icon.
- Selecting the icon will open the first layer of nesting within the product group.
- If there are additional layers of nesting repeat the process.
- Alternatively select the expand all icon on the top right of the builder.
- Subsequently if all nesting layers are open you can select the icon to collapse all nesting layers.
How do I edit a product group within a product?
- Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand Manager credentials.
- Navigate to the Products page under Menu in the MC.
- Select the product where you want to edit product groups.
- Select ‘Contain product groups’ tab.
- Hover over the product group you want to edit. A three-dot menu will appear—select it to reveal the ‘Edit product group’ option. Alternatively, you can click on the product group name to edit it.
- Selecting 'Edit product group' it will redirect you to the product group general info page.

- At the end of the table row, select the three-dot menu.

- Alternatively, you can manage visibility in bulk by selecting the checkboxes next to the products and then clicking the 'Show in menu' button in the top right corner.
- A modal will appear, listing all store groups and stores.
- Select the store group or store for which you want to update visibility.
- Choose 'Show in menu' or 'Hide from menu'.
- Once the action is completed, an on-screen report will confirm the changes, showing the transition from the previous to the new visibility status.
Note: When hidden, product will remain available and visible in upsells, discounts, and product groups.
How to show or hide a product from the menu in online ordering channels? (for store managers)
- Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand or Store Manager credentials.
- Navigate to the Store > Products page under Menu in the MC.
- Find a product which you want to hide or show.
- At the end of the product line update the ‘Show in menu’ toggle to either “On” or “Off”.
How to manage In stock product status for online ordering channels?
- Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand or Store Manager credentials.
- Navigate to the Store > Products page under Menu in the MC.
- Find the product you wish to update the 'In stock' status for.
- Towards the end of the product line update the 'In stock' toggle to either turn on or turn off.
- When turn 'In stock' off, you will be presented with a temporarily unavailability status drop down
- If you want the product to come back in stock you can choose to have the 'In stock' flag update automatically after 2 hours, 4 hours or at the end of the day.
- If you do not want the flag to be updated automatically you can select indefinitely.
How do I delete a product?
- Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand Manager credentials.
- Navigate to the 'Products' page under Menu in the MC.
- Select the product you want to delete.
- At the end of the line select the 3 dots
- Select “Delete”
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Click on the ‘Confirm’ button to delete the product.
