How to Preselect Products in Size, Combo & Modifier Product Group: Step-by-Step Guide – PAR Ordering Knowledge Base

Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand Manager credentials.
Navigate to the Product Groups page under Menu in the MC.
Select the Size product group you wish to update the preselection.
Select ‘Contains products’ tab.
All the sizes attached to the product group are on the right hand side.
By default the first product is preselected.
- To change select the radio button of the size you wish to be the preselected size.
- You cannot unselect and product by clicking the radio button again, as preselection is required.

Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand Manager credentials.
Navigate to the Product Groups page under Menu in the MC.
Select the Combo product group you wish to add or update the preselection.
Select ‘Contains Products’ tab.
All the products attached to the combo product group are on the right hand side.
To add a preselection to a product, select the radio button.
To remove a preselection from a product unselect the radio button.
Only one product can be preselected

Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand Manager credentials.
Navigate to the Product Groups page under Menu in the MC.
Select the Combo product group you wish to add or update the preselection.
Select ‘Contains Products’ tab.
All the modifiers attached to the product group are on the right hand side.
Turn ‘Preselected & max quantities’ toggle on.
In the ‘Preselected’ field on the product card, enter the number that represents the preselected quantity. For example, if 3 is entered for the Bacon product, the app will show it as 3x Bacon, preselected.
To remove a preselection from a product delete the number or unselect the checkmark.
