- QR Code
- PDF417
The Barcode shown is the encoded POS Redemption Code.
The POS Redemption Code is a code that your crew members will recognize to ring the Coupon in the POS. It is shown in plain text, either with or without a Barcode.

The Redemption Limit defines how often a user can redeem a given Coupon. After the Redemption Limit has been reached for the Coupon, the Coupon will no longer be available (be shown) to the Customer on Mobile & Web.
Start Date
Date from which the Coupon is available to Customers.
When a start date is configured, the Coupon becomes available (is shown) to users on Mobile & Web from the start date.
If no start date is configured, the Coupon is available as soon as it is created.
For determining the current date, the platform uses a server-side timestamp, meaning that tampering with the smartphone’s date & time does not have an effect on the Coupons being shown to the user.
End Date
Date until which the Coupon is available to Customers.
When an end date is configured, the Coupon is available (is shown) to Customers on Mobile & Web until the end date.
If no end date is configured, the Coupon is available forever (until removed).
Usage Requirements
Defines if this Coupon can be used by all Customers that have the app, or just by those that logged in. Customers who are not logged in can still see this Coupon, but cannot use it until they registered.
Reduction Type
- Type of price reduction: Set Price, Amount Off and Percentage
If you select Set Price:
Set Price option indicates that a Coupon has a fixed price. Combination of reduction objects (Discounted Objects) selected by the Customer is sold through the Coupon at defined Set Price.
- In Set Price field enter the price you want the Discount to be set to
Set Price for Items
For Items, Set Price overrides Standard Price of an Item. Also, if Customer selects a Modifier with price, that price is added on top of a Set Price (e.g. For a Coupon "Shrimp Bowl for $15.00", with a Modifier, Extra Shrimps - $5.50, a total price of the configured Coupon is $20.50).
Set Price for Combos
For Combo Meals, Set Price overrides the lowest price of a Combo Meal. The lowest price is calculated by combining Combo Item with the lowest price from each Combo Side Item group. Combo Item that costs more than the lowest-priced Combo Item in their Side Item group is calculated on top of the Coupon's set price (e.g. Coupon for Kauwela Experience Combo Meal = Shrimp Bowl $21.80 + Caribbean Green smoothie $0.00 + Tuna Tartare $1.80, total price for that Coupon is $23.60).
If you select Amount Off:
Amount Off option indicates that the reduction amount of the discount on the price is fixed. At the moment, this feature is only applied to a full Order.
- Set Amount: Enter a set reduction amount in this field
- Reduction Object: As previously stated, reduction prices can only be applied to Orders (preselected in the CMS)
If you select Percentage:
Reduction amount is calculated as a percentage of a total price (e.g. Percentage: 10%).
- Percentage: Enter percentage number calculated as a reduction amount
- Reduction Object: Reduction prices can only be applied to Orders (preselected in the CMS)
