Context

If Combo is temporarily not available, you can disable it through the MC. Disabled Combos can also be re-enabled through the MC. The availability of a Combo is always controlled per Store, even if the Store belongs to Store Group. 

To enable/disable a Combo Meal:

• Click Store List at the top navigation bar
• Select the Store in which you want to disable the Combo
• Click Combos from the Menu on the side navigation bar
• Select Combo
• Click Disable (if the Combo is currently enabled) or Enable (if the Combo is currently disabled)
• Click Hide(if the Combo is currently shown) or Show (if the Combo is currently hidden)

NOTE: Disabled Combo will not be displayed across Channels.

Temporarily Disable Combo

You can also temporarily disable Combos in the MC. Combos can be disabled for the following periods of time:

• 1 hour
• 4 hours
• till the end of the day (12pm depending on the Store's time zone)

Temporarily disabled Combo cannot be selected during this period of time. After this time expires, disabled Combo will be automatically enabled again.

To temporarily disable Combo:

• Select Store List at the top navigation bar
• Select the Store
• Click Combos from the Menu on the side navigation bar
• Select Combo
• Click Temporarily Disable
• Temporary Disable modal pops up

• Select period for which you want the Combo to be disabled (1h, 4h, till the end of the day)
• Click Save

You have temporarily disabled Combo.

Please note: Categories and Subcategories that are empty (don’t have items or combo clusters) in Brand Menu will not be shown in Store Menu. Same goes for Modifier Groups.
Don't worry - neither Visibility nor Disable flags will affect Store Menu.
