Why does the item keep getting automatically disabled, even though I enabled it in the Management Center?
This is because when there's a POS integration in place, the item's availability and its price is checked every 30 minutes (by default - it can also be configured to a different value). So - it's like an ongoing conversation between POS and MC.
Management Center will automatically refresh the status of items it sees from POS and disable an item if in the POS it gets:
- disabled
- inactive
- unavailable
