Context
Dispatch Performance Dashboard is a reporting functionality that measures and evaluates efficiency of delivery partners and drivers and ensure seamless and timely service
What does it show?
It shows statistics per Brand and Store levels.
How does it work?
Here's a breakdown of this feature:
Security
The dashboard has a row level security applied - this controls data segmentation.
Data refresh
The data updates daily at 11:00 AM UTC.
Filters
- Hubs
Hubs are the Store Groups with delivery purpose. The filter allows you to select a Hub/store group which will allow you to show data for all of the stores which sit inside the store group. This allows you to quickly filter data down to a set of stores. The user will only see a list of the store groups which they have access to within the Management Center. - Store Code
Store Code filter allows you to select a store or multiple stores by referencing a brands internal store coding system, This will filter down the data just to the set store(s). - Channels
Allows to select an specific sales channel to filter. - Stores
Store filter allows you to select one Store or particular multiple Stores - Data intervals
By default this is set to show data as a daily interval. This filter can roll data up to a higher aggregated level such as weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Timeframe
This one allows you to define the timeframe for which you want to look at the data - it is based on the Orders created at that certain time. By default this is set to 'Last 7 days'. You can either select a predefined option or provide a custom range:
- Comparison
The comparison allows you to define the timeframe for which you want to compare your current data with a comparison period - it is based on the Orders created at a certain time. By default this is set to 'Previous period'. You can either select a predefined option or provide a custom range:
Views:
Headline KPIs
The headline KPIs provides a high-level summary
The KPIs show the number of Orders, orders per hour, average orders per store, average check size, average delivery time and delivery time accuracy.
The KPIs also show the numbers generated for the previous period of time as defined by the previous period filter for the time period and Store(s) defined within the filters
It also shows the delta between the previous and current KPIs
Own Drivers:
Driver statistics:
- Orders per Hour (All Drivers): This metric calculates the average number of orders each driver handles per hour. It provides an overall view of delivery efficiency.
- Orders per Driver: Specifically focuses on individual drivers. Comparing this metric helps identify high-performing drivers and potential training needs.
- Stops per Route: Evaluates route efficiency by measuring the number of stops per delivery route.
- Time Back to Store: Tracks the time it takes for drivers to return to the store after completing deliveries.
- Driver Waiting Time: Measures how long drivers spend waiting.
- Failed Orders: Records unsuccessful deliveries due to various reasons
Delivery service partners:
Visually represents delivery time and failed orders, segmented by various delivery service partners. Additionally, this chart allows users to compare performance between the previous period and the actual period.
- Delivery Time: Track the average delivery time across your DSP’s. You can also compare the performance between each DPS.
- Failed Orders: Track the failed orders across your DPS’s. You can also compare the performance between each DPS.
Delivery time accuracy:
Visually represents delivery time accuracy comparing the promised and the actual delivery time.
Orders per delivery area:
Visually represents the orders per delivery area and see the delivery performance across states.

Cancelled Orders:
The chart compares different order categories, including “Successful Orders,” “Automatically Cancelled Orders,” “Orders Cancelled by DSP,” and “Others.” Each category is represented by a distinct color in the chart.
Users can easily toggle between percentage, total count, or value of the orders using the button selector provided alongside the chart.
Cancelation Trend: The Trends line allows you to track the trend of orders that are auto cancelled and cancelled by DSPs.
Download Data
You can download the raw data behind the KPIs and charts and graphs based on the filters defined. The data is download in a CSV format.
- You can also select on a data point a select to see the raw data via a pop out.
- You can also edit the downloadable data via selecting additional data points they wish to show.
