Order make time insights dashboard is showing data related to dynamic preparation time feature usage.

Data Refresh

The dashboard is set to the extract therefore only updates once a day. The data updates at 11:00 UTC / 04:00 CT

Filters

Store Groups
Store Group filter allows you to select a store group which will allow you to show data for all of the stores which sit inside the store group. This allows you to quickly filter data down to a set of stores. The user will only see a list of the store groups which they have access to within the Management Center.

Stores
Store filter allows you to select a store or multiple stores, This will filter down the data just to the set store(s).

The user will only see a list of the store which they have access to within the Management Center.

Timeframe

The Timeframe filter allows you to define the timeframe for which you want to look at the data - it is based on the order’s created at time (place order time).

By default this is set to Last Week.

A user can select pre define selection, as per below. They can also provide a custom range.

Comparison

The comparison filter allows you to define the timeframe for which you want to compare your current data with with comparison period - it is based on the order’s created at time (place order time).

By default this is set to Previous period. (Like for like period of time selected in the timeframe).

Views

Orders make time trend

This overview tracks the average make time for the time based on the selection within the filters. By hovering on the line, you can see minimum and maximum along with average order make times.

Make time delays by hour

This bar chart allows you to monitor how your restaurant staff handles busy times by checking if delays increase during rush hours. By hovering over the bar you will be able to see the total make time for the time period, along with the time delta and number of orders.

Dynamic preparation time accuracy

This bar chart allows you to track the correlation between order value and average preparation delays, including early completions. Hovering on the bar you will see the average time delta and number of orders.

Total make time peaks

This heat map, allows you to identify peaks by tracking amount of orders and their total make time within time slots. Hovering over the time slot you can see the total make time and number of orders.
