What has been improved?
Customer Initiated Cancels
We’re reintroducing customer initiated cancels, also known as Order Regret. Users can now cancel their orders within a defined regret buffer, depending on order status, for a more flexible and user-friendly experience.

Checkout Enhancements
With the recent updates to the Cart and Store Finder 2.0, the checkout flow has also been refreshed to align with the new UX.

Drive-Thru Opening Hours
Brands can now configure specific opening hours and special dates for the Drive-Thru order type, providing more flexibility and operational control.

Favorites & Past Orders Home Screen Update
We’ve streamlined the home screen by merging the previously separate Favorites and Past Orders sections into a single dynamic UI element. This update reduces scrolling and frees up more home screen space, making it easier for users to access their go-to items.
Item Disclaimers
Brands can now add links to external resources such as calorie details, cross-contamination risks, and nutritional content.
(Note: external links are not available on Kiosk)

Order Desk Menus
We’re introducing a new menu application type that supports order desk–specific menus. With this enhancement, brands can now offer any menu item directly through the order desk.
Order Throttling Enhancements
We’ve expanded order throttling to give brands more flexibility and control:
Kiosk & Catering Orders: Brands can now exclude Kiosk and Catering orders from throttling.

Product Comments Toggle on v2
The “Allow Item Comments” toggle is back! When enabled, a text box appears so users can leave notes for store staff. This feature is also required to process user notes from LINK marketplace orders.

We’re introducing new filters in order statistics dashboard for marketplace and custom time periods.
Customization Center – Product Group Display Flag
Brands can now decide whether product groups are expanded or collapsed by default, based on Customization Center configuration.
