If you’ve made a mistake while placing your order, such as selecting the wrong venue, items, or payment method, customers cancel it using our User-Initiated Order Cancellation feature.
How It Works
Customers can cancel eligible orders shortly after placing them, depending on how the brand and store have configured cancellation settings.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you’ll see a message:
“Sorry, it's too late to cancel your order now.”
Store-Level Control Based on Brand Settings
If the brand allows store managers to manage cancellations, each store can choose to enable or disable the feature at their own discretion.
However, if the brand has activated cancellations for all stores, the feature is automatically enabled at the store level, and store managers cannot override this setting.
If the brand does not enable customer cancellations at the brand level, the feature is disabled across all stores, and store managers do not have the option to change it.
