Total Sales by Order Type represents a sum of Sales per specified time period displayed by Order Type and in Total. It is visually presented in form of a line chart.
Available Order Types in the PAR Ordering system are:
- Dine In (Quick Service - QS)
- Payment Only (Full Service - FS)
- Pick and Pay
- Take Out
- Delivery
- Bill Settling
NOTE: If there are no Orders for that Order Type in the specified time period, the statistics will not be displayed in the chart.
Line chart
Line chart visually presents a sum of Total Sales by Order Type on a daily basis.
- Vertical axis: Sales amount in local currency
- Horizontal axis: Days set in Timeframe filter
The crossing between the axis which indicates day and a chart line is marked with a point. If you hover over a point in one of the lines which represent Order Type, you get details about Sales amount on that specific day, displayed per Time Unit (defined in Time Unit filter).
Additional info popup (screenshot above) contains corresponding dates from Timeframe and Compare to filters and Sales amount per Order Type. The popup also contains the Sales trend (rising or falling). Trend is a result of comparison of one date Sales number with the corresponding one.
Numbers above the chart present Total Sales data per Order Type (listed above) for period defined in Timeframe filter. The data is presented in numbers (amount of money in local currency) and trend (rising/falling in percentages).
For more information on how these filters interact, please check out How to use Brand Performance Statistics? article and Timeframe and Compare to filter interaction table.
