The Brand needs to be connected to the Dispatch Integration for Orders to be processed through the Dispatch app. instance’s API Key (used for authorization) and Base URL need to be entered on a Brand level and Chain level.

The Dispatch becomes available for the brand once it has been enabled in Management Center in the [Product Enablement] section
- Two fields are available: API Key and Base URL field
In the Dispatch Integration form, enter all the necessary information:
API Key
To get API Key in Dispatch app:
- Do right-click in any screen in Dispatch app
- Select Inspect
- Select Application at the top bar
- API Key is displayed in Storage section
Base URL
Base URL is an instance URL of the environment in which you have your user account.
- Copy base URL from the browser and paste it into the form in the MC
- After you entered all the necessary information, click SUBMIT to complete the process
