- Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand Manager credentials.
- Navigate to the Menu publishing page under Menu.
- Within Ready for distribution section of the table, select ‘Distribute’ on the menu you wish to distribute to stores.
- Whilst distribution is running, all menu changes are blocked.
- If the menu distribution is successful, the menu is moved to the Ready for publishing section.
- If distribution fails the Retry button will restart the distribution process.
- Failed distributions can be retried up to 2 times before contacting support.
- After all attempts are used, the Retry button is disabled.
- Alongside the retry button you will also have The Error log button.
- By selecting the Error log button, a Error log dialog will open showing which stores are impacted.
NOTE If configuration is incomplete on a menu, the a menu will not show as a listed menu in distribution and publish table.
- To make this menu publishable and available:
- Choose at least one order channel.
- Choose at least one order type.
- Add at least one store group.
- Add at least one category that contains a product.
