How to Publish a Menu to Stores: Step-by-Step Guide

After distribution, menus move from “Ready for Distribution” to “Ready for Publishing” section.

• Brand Level Publishing: If publishing is done from the brand level, the menu will be published in all assigned stores (store groups). Those menus will move from “Ready for Publishing” to “Published in all stores” section.
• Store Level Publishing: If publishing is done from the store level, the menu will be published just in that store. The menu remains in “Ready for Publishing” at the brand level until all stores publish it.
• Store Changes: If a store makes changes or unpublishes the menu, it will move from “Published in all stores” to “Ready for Publishing” section at the brand level.

• Log in to the Management Center (MC) with your Brand Manager credentials.
• Navigate to the Menu Publishing page under Menu.
• You will find all menus which are available for publishing to channels in 'Ready for Publishing'
• Pressing the Publish button, a loader and text showing how many stores of the total are published.
• After successful publishing, you will be presented with a success snackbar and the menu is moved to the “Published in all stores” section.

If configuration is incomplete on a menu, the a menu will not show as a listed menu in distribution and publish table.

• To make this menu publishable and available:
• Choose at least one order channel.
• Choose at least one order type.
• Add at least one store group.
• Add at least one category that contains a product.
