How to view Order Details for Menu V2

With the transition to Menu V2, order details and actions like cancellations and refunds have moved from the CMS to the Management Center. Follow these steps to locate and manage order details:

Key Notes:

• Order details are only available at the store level.

Steps to Access Order Details:

1. Navigate to the Management Center.

2. Select: Store > Orders > Overview.

Data Refresh

Once in the orders overview from here you can view order details and take necessary actions such as cancellations or refunds.

To view detailed order information:

1. Select an order from the Orders Overview.

2. A drawer will open with additional order information (depending on the order type), including:

   • Order Progress Status

   • Products (with nested pricing and subtotals)

   • Taxes, Tips, and Fees (e.g., MPF, delivery fees)

   • Order Details specific to the order type:

   • Customer Details
