With the transition to Menu V2, order details and actions like cancellations and refunds have moved from the CMS to the Management Center. Follow these steps to locate and manage order details:

Steps to Access Order Details:

Navigate to the Management Center.

Select: Store > Orders > Overview.
From there, you can view order details and take necessary actions such as cancellations or refunds.
Order Management
Steps to Cancel or Refund an Order:

Find the order which you wish to perform the action on.

Select on the order line, this will open a drawer for the specific order.

Select the relevant action button (e.g., Cancel or Refund).

Follow the prompts to complete the action.
- If order is a cancellation, select the cancel reason. If the reason is other, you can provide a written reason.
