If there's any issue with a placed order, you can perform a full or partial refund through the CMS.
NOTE: Orders can only be refunded from the CMS once they have been marked as Ready on the Tablet. Before that, an order cancellation (full order) can be performed from the Tablet.
- Select your Venue from the Venue List (if you manage one Venue, the CMS automatically opens the Venue for you)
- Click on Statistics at the top navigation bar
- Locate the order that you want to refund
- You can use the Filters to narrow down the list of orders
- If you have the Order ID from the customer or from the Tablet, you can search by the Order ID
- Click Refund for the order you want to refund
CMS users are able to write a note when doing a refund. Such note can be reviewed in Order Details

Reviewing a refund
- Select the Items, Combos, Discounts and/or Modifiers on the Order that you want to refund
- If an order has a Delivery Fee or Minimum Surcharge, you can choose to refund those as well
- If you want to refund the entire order, activate SELECT ALL
- Click REFUND to refund the order
- For Mobile orders, the customer receives a push notification informing them that their order was refunded and the receipt in the app is updated
- For Web orders, the customer receives an e-mail informing them that their order was refunded with an updated receipt

NOTE: Order can be refunded only once.
NOTE: Kiosk orders cannot be refunded through the CMS. Please credit the customer's card using a POS payment terminal.
