In the CMS, on a Brand level, you can configure how many minutes after the Order was marked as Ready, Customer is asked for a Feedback. In case of Delivery Orders, this specifies how long after the estimated Delivery Time, Customer is asked for a Feedback.
NOTE: If Feedback function is enabled, every Customer is asked for a Feedback after their first Order.
To set Order Feedback Buffer:
- Select Brand
- Click Feedback at the top navigation bar
- Click Settings tab
- In Order Feedback Buffer field, enter the number that represents the number of minutes after the Order was marked as Ready, that Customer is asked for a Feedback
- Click SUBMIT to complete the action
