Foodspot allows employees (Foodspotters) to have their Orders delivered to their offices and working/co-shared spaces. All Orders made from one Foodspot (office/working/co-shared space) for the same time are delivered together. Foodspotters make their delivery Order individually from their own devices. Foodspotters can Order until a certain time and for a specific time (i.e. multiple order times can be configured per day). Although the Orders are made individually, they are all delivered in a bundle, at the same time, and can be ordered until the specific time of the day. This leads to lower delivery costs and ultimately results in more affordable prices of meals.

This guide presents a Foodspot Order workflow through the PAR Ordering ecosystem from your Crew's side once the Order is placed in the Mobile App.
Foodspot Order workflow:
Once the Foodspot Order is placed, it is presented in form of a list in Tablet.
Foodspot Orders with the same Foodspot location (e.g. PAR Technologies) are displayed as a group card in a list.
Foodspot Orders are all scheduled and therefore are divided into three groups:
- ON HOLD
- ACTIVE
- PAST ORDERS
