Order Number Display Information

Order Number Displays are set up through the CMS.

Introduction

When a restaurant has an order number integration, there is a display where order statuses will be shown.

Place display in restaurant so everybody waiting for their order to be ready can clearly notice it and understand it’s purpose. If needed, more than one screen can be placed.

Order number display is connected to the Tablet app. Every order placed on kiosk will be immediately shown on display in “Preparing” section. When an order is marked as Ready on the Tablet, it will automatically move to “Ready for pickup”. User waiting for their order will then approach the order collection point.

Technical details

Order number display can be branded to match brand colors and fonts.

Maximum 12 order numbers can be show in “Preparation” section. Maximum 24 order numbers can be show in “Ready for pickup” section.

The numbers on "Ready for Pickup" side will be visible for 15 minutes before they disappear automatically.

The Order Number Display Software runs entirely on a Chrome-based WEB-APP

In order for PAR Ordering to monitor and remote support the OND, the Operating System needs to be Windows.

Order Number Display minimum requirements

1. Windows Computer to run Chrome
2. Display/Computer has constant uninterrupted connection with the internet
3. Display is exact FHD 1920x1080px
