Where to Find It

Open the Action Menu from any order (Incoming, In-Progress, or Completed).

Select Customer Information.
What Happens Next
-
A Customer Information Modal appears.
-
If no data is available, an empty state modal is shown.
How to Close It
-
Tap the ‘X’ button or click outside the modal.
What You’ll See (Based on Order Type & Channel)
Ordering Channel & Type | Information Displayed |
Web/Mobile App (Dine-in, Takeout) | Name, Phone Number |
Web/Mobile App (Delivery, DSP) | Name, Phone Number, Delivery Address, Coordinates, Apt/Floor, Postcode, Instructions |
Mobile App (Curbside) | Name, Phone Number, Vehicle Info |
Kiosk (Dine-in, Takeout) | No info unless logged in via mobile app |
External Channels | Name (First + Last Initial), Phone (Grubhub only) |
⚠️ No false or placeholder data should be shown for external channels.

Open the Action Menu from any Delivery Order (Incoming, In-Progress, or Completed).

Select Courier Information.
What Happens Next

A Courier Information Modal appears.

If no data is available or no courier is assigned, an empty state modal is shown.
How to Close It

Tap the ‘X’ button or click outside the modal.
