How to Manage Your Account in the Ordering Pilot App

Logging In

When You Open the App

• If you're logged out, the app will automatically redirect you to the Login Screen.

Steps to Log In

• Enter the Store Token

  • This is generated during device setup in the Management Console (MC).

  • If the token is incorrect, an error message will appear.

• Enter the Confirmation Code

  • After entering a valid token, the app prompts you to enter a one-time confirmation code.

  • If the code is incorrect, an error message will appear.

  • If the code is correct, you’ll be successfully logged in.

Logging Out

When Logged In

• You can log out at any time via the menu.

Steps to Log Out

• Tap the Menu Button (usually in the top corner).

• Select “Log out” from the dropdown menu.

  • While the dropdown is open, the menu button remains in an active state.

• To close the dropdown without logging out:

  • Tap outside the dropdown, tap the menu button again, or select another option.

After Logging Out

• You’ll be redirected back to the Login Screen.
