Cash Orders / Not Paid Online
When It Happens

Applies to orders paid in cash, not online.
What You’ll See

A “Cash Order” tag appears:

In the order list
-
In the calculation section of the order details

Where It Appears

In all order states: Incoming, In-Progress, Completed, Canceled, and Refunded
Order Canceled by DSP
When It Happens
-
A DSP courier cancels the order.
What You’ll See
-
A mandatory “Order Canceled” notification.
-
The order moves to the Completed Orders section.

A “DSP Canceled” status tag appears.
-
A gray message box explains the cancellation.
Refund Handling
-
These orders are not automatically refunded.
-
A manual refund must be initiated via:
-
The tablet app, or
-
The Management Console (MC)

Refund Option
-
This is the only case where the “Refund Order” option is available for a canceled order.
After Refund
-
The order status updates to Refunded.
-
Product details and calculations update accordingly.
