Incentivize larger orders
Reward loyal or high-value customers
Run targeted marketing campaigns without requiring promo codes
Management Center Configuration
Free Delivery can be configured at both the Brand and Store levels.
Brand-Level Setup
Navigate to:
MC > Brand > Order Type > Delivery / Catering Delivery
Store-Level Setup
Navigate to:
MC > Store > Order Type > Catering Delivery / Catering Pickup
Within these order types, brands and store managers can define Free Delivery Rules based on:
Minimum Order Value
Customer Segments
For Orders Over (Subtotal)
Set a minimum order subtotal (before tax, fees, and discounts) required to qualify for free delivery.
Example:
Orders over $50 receive free delivery.
Customer Segment Targeting
Free delivery can also be offered to specific customer segments based on:
Customer attributes
Purchase behavior
Loyalty tier
Segment IDs
Apply free delivery to selected customer segments by entering their Segment IDs.
Eligible customers will automatically receive free delivery at checkout—no promo code required.
