Add Driver

In this section, you can add Driver in the Dispatch app. Driver creates an account, but then uses the Mobile app and has only access to it. The process of adding Driver to the Venue is the same as with adding any User.

To add Driver:

• Select Add Driver in Config tab
• New Screen with Add Driver and Driver List section appears

• Enter Driver's email in Email id field
• Click Add Driver

NOTE: The rest of the process is the same as when adding new user (Store/Delivery Manager).

You need to send account credentials to your Driver so that he/she can log in with the Driver app.

NOTE: The best approach is if Driver opens the welcome email on his/her mobile phone in order to be able to download Driver app from the relevant App Store.
