Brand Performance Statistics feature is set and displayed on a Brand level and visible to Chain Manager and Administrator. They are processed in real time with the aim to reduce current manual work of collecting all those statistics form various different platforms (Google Play, App Store, Connect, Firebase and DB queries).
Statistics presented in form of graphs show:
- Total Sales by Channel
- Total Sales by Order Type
- Number of Orders by Channel
- Number of Orders by Order Type
- Number of Orders by Day
- Number of Orders by Hour
- Average Check Size
For these Order Channels:
- Mobile (internal channel)
- Web (internal channel)
- External Channels (External aggregators with their menus managed in the CMS)
- Kiosk (internal channel)
Filters
Brand Performance Data is filtered by the following parameters:
Timeframe
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last Week
- This Week
- Last Month
- This Month
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- This Year
- Set Time Range
Compare to
- Previous Period: Compares period specified in Timeframe with the period prior to that one in the same time range
- Previous Year: Compares period specified in Timeframe with the previous year period in the same time range
- Set Time Range: Compares two time ranges set manually
Time Unit
- Day: Chart displays statistics per day (e.g. In the chart below, last month was February, so 06/02 indicates the statistics for February 6th)
- Week: Chart displays statistics per week (e.g. In the chart below, 07/21 indicates the statistics for the 7th week in 2021)
- Month: Chart displays statistics per month (e.g. In the chart below, statistics in filtered for last month - February and previous period - January and Time Unit - month, so 02/21 in chart displays statistics for February 2021)
Filter by Channel
- Internal Channels (Mobile app, Web app and Kiosk)
- External Channels (External aggregators with their menus managed in the CMS)
User can select the Channels for which the Statistics is displayed.
NOTE: Time Unit filter cannot be applied to Number of Orders by Day and Number of Orders by Hour statistics.
Therefore these two filters interact in the following way:

*NOTE: If time range in Timeframe filter is longer than the time range in Compare to, popup window in the chart shows specific Timeframe date compared to N/A (unavailable time frame).
For example:
Timeframe: This week (15/03/2021 - 22/03/2021)
Compare to: Set Time Range (16/03/2021 - 17/03/2021)
Time Unit: Day
For 17/03/2021: 17/03/2021 is compared to N/A
